Salary/Hourly Rate:

$40/hr – $45/hr

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership within our financial services team. This contract role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities of the Senior Administrative Assistant:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-up items.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure the timely processing of expense reports and invoices.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address administrative and operational requirements.
  • Assist with onboarding and team communications as needed.

Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Administrative Assistant:

  • 5 years of previous executive assistant experience.
  • Concur Expense experience.
  • Calendar & travel management experience.
  • Office administration experience.&

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Administrative Assistant:

  • Prior experience in financial services, investment banking, or asset management.
  • Familiarity with Concur or similar travel and expense management systems.
  • Project coordination or team support experience.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
