Salary/Hourly Rate:
$70k – $80k
Position Overview:
Our esteemed client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Bilingual Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and be fluent in both English and Spanish. This role is critical in supporting the financial operations and ensuring accurate record-keeping for the company’s diverse portfolio.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Bookkeeper:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Manage payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Support the preparation for audits and tax filings.
- Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish for financial inquiries.
Required Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Bookkeeper:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Bookkeeper:
- Experience in real estate and property management.
- Prior experience as an office manager.
- Knowledge of industry-specific accounting practices.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
