Our client is a mission-driven, publicly funded organization focused on advancing economic development and community growth throughout New Jersey. Our client is looking for a CRM Developer to join a collaborative technology team supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$40/hr – $50/hr

Position Overview:

In this role as the CRM Developer, you will help build and maintain business-critical systems powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will play a key part in solution design, custom development, and modernizing legacy functionality, all while working closely with stakeholders to align technology with strategic goals.

Responsibilities of the CRM Developer:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including integrations with other Microsoft platforms.
  • Build user-friendly portal applications using the Power Platform, including model-driven and canvas apps.
  • Support application lifecycle using Azure DevOps for source control, deployment, and task management.
  • Deliver enhancements and reports (dashboards, SSRS, Power BI) based on business needs.

Required Experience/Skills for the CRM Developer:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong background in Power Platform portal development and customizations.
  • Advanced knowledge of C#, JavaScript, and modern development practices.
  • Experience with tools such as XrmToolBox, Plugin Registration Tool, and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and cloud-based solution deployment.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the CRM Developer:

  • Proficiency with Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Previous work in Agile environments using Jira or Azure DevOps Boards.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM or Power Platform.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • Industry certifications or graduate-level education may be considered in lieu of some experience.
