Our client is a dynamic and growing company. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join their team and contribute to their success.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18hr 

Position Overview:

As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations. You will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate parties.
  • Manage and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and placing orders as needed.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Required Experience/Skills for the Office Assistant:

  • Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Education Requirements: 

  • High school diploma is required.
