Our client is a well-established food and beverage company. They are looking to add a D365 Business Central (BC) Developer to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$150k – $160K plus bonus
Position Overview:
This 365 Business Central (BC) Developer will join a growing team that must have experience across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure, Power BI, Power Apps, Dataverse, SQL, and/or Microsoft Fabric. This position will involve solution design, development, customization, integration, and support for their ERP.
Responsibilities of the D365 Business Central (BC) Developer:
- Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet business requirements using AL, extensions, and APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Develop and deploy solutions to extend functionality and improve business processes.
- Design, develop, and implement integrations between BC and Dynamics 365 CRM, Shopify, and other connected systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT, to align technology solutions with business goals.
Required Experience/Skills for the D365 Business Central (BC) Developer:
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development and customization.
- Experience integrating BC with Dynamics 365 CRM and other third-party applications.
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Fabric, Power BI.
- Strong functional understanding of core business processes (finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, etc.).
- Proficiency in AL language, Visual Studio Code, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
Preferred Experience/Skills for the D365 Business Central (BC) Developer:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD and automated testing in BC development.
- Knowledge of data migration tools and processes within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
