Client Overview:

Our client, a fast-growing start-up, is seeking multiple Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a 6-month contract to start, with potential to grow into a full-time role.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr

Position Overview:

The Part-Time Customer Service Representatives will train with the Customer Service team and assist in various departments as needed. All shifts include working 4 days per week, including weekends, and will be 12 pm – 5 pm, or 3 pm – 8 pm. 

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Customer Service Representatives:

  • The Part-time Customer Service Representatives will be the first point of contact for customers calling in. 
  • Managing inbound calls, client follow-up, scanning and uploading documents, and preparing loan information. 
  • Utilizing the CRM system to manage client documentation. 
  • Communicating with internal teams as needed.

Required Experience/Skills for the Part-Time Customer Service Representatives:

  • Must have 2+ years of customer service experience, specifically in a call center. 
  • Able to multitask and toggle between various systems.
  • The Part-time Customer Service Representatives must be well-spoken and detail-oriented, able to troubleshoot customer issues via phone and email, investigate problems as needed, and provide follow-up calls to clients. 

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Part-Time Customer Service Representatives:

  • Experience working in banking or other financial institutions. 

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
