Our client is a well-known automotive company looking to hire a Customer Service Representative ASAP. This is a great opportunity to join a team that promotes growth and values their employees!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of the company. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, proficient with computers, and has a background in customer service.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Call Center Representative, or similar role.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar is preferred.
