Our client is a leading national beauty brand with a premium product assortment and a growing retail footprint. The company is known for its commitment to personalized, high-quality experiences and continues to innovate at the intersection of beauty, culture, and technology. Currently, they are looking to add a Temporary Influencer Marketing Manager to their team.

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Manager for a full-time temporary role supporting national influencer and creator campaigns. This individual will oversee both paid and organic influencer programs and help elevate the brand’s presence across key social platforms through impactful storytelling and content partnerships. The ideal candidate for the Temporary Influencer Marketing Manager role will be working 40 hours a week. Candidates must be based in the New York metro area.

Responsibilities of the Temporary Influencer Marketing Manager:

  • Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end: planning, sourcing, briefing, content review, reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators.
  • Oversee influencer content calendar, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Co-develop social-first content in partnership with creators.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor influencer/creator trends and platform updates.
  • Manage campaign budgets and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Social Media, Creative, Vendor Marketing, and E-commerce.
  • Coordinate influencer gifting with brand partners.
  • Participate in content creation (on-camera presence required for tutorials, product demos, etc.).
  • Develop creative briefs and storyboards for social content.

Required Experience/Skills for the Temporary Influencer Marketing Manager:

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing (in-house or agency).
  • Strong understanding of influencer dynamics across platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end influencer campaigns.
  • Comfortable on camera and experienced in creating social-first content.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with influencer management tools (e.g., GRIN, CreatorIQ).
  • Skilled in social media editing tools and Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Temporary Influencer Marketing Manager:

  • Background in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion.
  • Experience in filming and editing content.
  • Familiarity with beauty content creation tools and social video techniques.
  • Knowledge of audio and lighting tools used in beauty content production.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
