Our client is a modern approach to the $130 billion gas industry by utilizing a network business model to deliver products nationwide. They leverage unique service and technological capabilities to handle the complex logistical needs of large, multi-site companies through a national network of gas supply partners. They include Fortune 1000 companies across industries such as food and beverage, healthcare, construction, and manufacturing. Their team is now looking for an excellent Marketing Manager!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$95k – $115k
Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will lead all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts, including brand positioning, demand generation, content strategy, communications, and sales enablement. This strategic yet hands-on role will report directly to the Head of Sales and Account Management and collaborate closely with senior leadership. The Marketing Manager will oversee key agency partners and a small internal team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
- Develop and implement segment-based marketing strategies focused on lead generation and pipeline creation.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO, content).
- Manage content creation efforts via outside creative resources (white papers, one-pagers, case studies, etc.).
- Coordinate trade show and event logistics, promotional items, and pre-show awareness campaigns.
- Maintain and enhance brand perception, including oversight of website and media strategy.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure alignment and effective lead handoff.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
Required Experience/Skills for the Marketing Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of modern B2B marketing strategies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Proven skills in digital marketing, campaign execution, and content strategy.
- Proficiency with tools like Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Marketing Manager:
- Experience in industrial or logistics-based industries.
- Previous experience managing agency partners and internal team members.
- amiliarity with CRM systems and marketing automation integrations.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (required).
