Client Overview:

Our client is a food manufacturer focused on delivering exceptional service and products by maintaining a responsive and customer-first approach. Their team values communication, collaboration, and a proactive mindset. They are now looking to add a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr – $28/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Supply Chain Coordinator will support order fulfillment operations and drive an exceptional customer experience for B2B accounts. This role acts as a key liaison between Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. 

Responsibilities of the Customer Supply Chain Coordinator:

  • Process customer orders and revisions with accuracy, ensuring alignment with pricing, inventory, and lead times.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for order status updates, product availability, and delivery coordination.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve shipment discrepancies, documentation issues, and fulfillment delays.
  • Monitor open orders and proactively communicate delays or quality holds to customers.
  • Maintain clean and accurate customer data in the ERP system and support its migration during the ERP transition.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), data clean-up, and internal training for the new ERP system.
  • Contribute to SOP updates and process improvement initiatives that enhance service and operational efficiency.

Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Supply Chain Coordinator:

  • 4+ years of customer service, order management, or supply chain coordination experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
  • Strong ERP experience required; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a team-first mindset.
  • Prior experience supporting an ERP implementation or transition is a major plus.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Supply Chain Coordinator:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Experience supporting an ERP implementation or transition.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
