Our client is an exciting organization within the real estate industry that is looking to fill an Accounts Payable Specialist (full-cycle) role, managing commercial & residential properties throughout the country. This role sits in Miami.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$55k
Position Overview:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist (full-cycle), this position could place you in a dynamic, rapidly changing real estate environment and potentially open the door to numerous new opportunities, thanks to the team’s growth and the support of excellent industry leadership.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Matching, batching, coding, and 3-way processing.
- As an Accounts Payable Specialist, your duties would include monitoring payments promptly.
- Provide clerical support, process the general ledgers, and perform data entry to multiple systems.
- Process accounts, incoming payments, and monthly journal entries.
- Preparing bank deposits, bills, and invoices as the Accounts Payable Specialist.
Required Experience/Skills for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 2 years+ of experience in a full-cycle Accounts Payable Specialist position. The ideal candidate must have full-cycle accounts payable experience, not just invoicing.
- Yardi experience.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Experience with a real estate firm.
- Solid understanding of processing accounts payable.
- Attention to detail.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
