Position Overview:

Atrium is seeking a highly capable AR Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor and excellent oral communication skills. This person will work under the guidance of the Manager of Revenue Accounting and will mainly be responsible for maintaining and developing the accounts receivable systems, as well as assisting with weekly invoicing.

Responsibilities of the AR Analyst:

  • Responsible for accurate cash application, averaging $1 million daily.
  • Maintain accounts receivable systems to accurately reflect current business activities.
  • Handle submission and management of billing for specific high-volume accounts.
  • Reconcile MSP and VMS-related accounts, identify discrepancies, and process necessary adjustments.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.

Required Experience and Skills for the AR Analyst:

  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or customer service.
  • Experience in billing, receivables, and collections is preferred.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and general computer systems.
  • Key Attributes:
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong planning and organizational skills.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to monitor information and tasks, follow through.
    • High responsiveness.
    • Strong customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods.

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
