Client Overview:

Our client, a prestigious finance corporation headquartered in New York City, is seeking a highly polished and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to senior executives. The company is known for its high-performance culture, global reach, and commitment to excellence. They seek a candidate who can operate with discretion, anticipate needs, and deliver seamless support in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$40/hr – $45/hr

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to C-level leaders, managing calendars, meetings, travel, and high-level communications. This individual must demonstrate exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. The role requires someone who can handle confidential information with the utmost discretion while keeping priorities organized and executives fully supported. This is a full-time onsite role based in NYC, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Manage complex executive calendars, including high-volume scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Draft, review, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Prepare executives for meetings by coordinating agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Support investor relations meetings, client interactions, and corporate events as needed.

Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Polished, professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience within finance, banking, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with international travel and cross-time-zone scheduling.
  • Comfort liaising with high-level stakeholders, clients, and investors.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
