Client Overview:

Our client, a prestigious financial services firm headquartered in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a sharp, experienced, and highly discreet Executive Assistant to support their senior leadership team. Salary/Hourly Rate:

$35/hr – $40/hr

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will provide dedicated support a team of 3 C-suite executives, handling a wide range of high-level administrative responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal Executive Assistant will be exceptionally organized, resourceful, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise. This role requires someone with superior communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Managing complex calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Handling sensitive communications and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries, and processing expense reports.
  • Acting as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
  • Preparing documents, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and polish.
  • Anticipating executive needs and proactively addressing logistical and administrative details.

Required Experiences/Skills for the Executive Assistant:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and dependable with a proactive approach.

Preferred Experiences/Skills for the Executive Assistant:

  • Experience supporting executives within the financial services space.
  • Prior interaction with high-profile clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
