Our client is a results-driven organization that values efficiency, collaboration, and a well-structured work environment. They are looking to add an Office Administrator to join their team. The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our client’s office.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr
Position Overview:
The Office Administrator ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting staff across departments. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- The office administrator will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory, placing orders and tracking usage to maintain adequate stock levels.
- The office administrator will support internal teams by preparing reports, assisting with onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, helping maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
Required Experience/Skills for the Office Administrator:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related role, with strong knowledge of administrative procedures and systems.
- The Office Administrator must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
