Position Overview:

The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional work environment. This role requires a proactive individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing office systems, coordinating administrative staff, and supporting leadership teams.

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Oversee scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure data accuracy/confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires and provide administrative support to HR as needed.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense reports, and invoice processing.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Support leadership with special projects and event coordination.

Required Experience/Skills for the Office Manager:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office technology.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent work experience will be considered.
