Salary/Hourly Rate:
$65k – $70k
Position Overview:
The Solutions Consultant assists the Strategic Initiatives, Talent Technology Team to deliver technology-centered projects that align with Atrium’s goals and objectives. The Solutions Consultant works with the Strategic Initiatives, Talent Technology team, and others to strategically analyze, plan, implement, and execute efficiencies and enhancements from the current state to the defined proposed state. Main tasks will include performing current state process consultation, technology configuration, planning/leading user acceptance testing, and driving adoption and post go-live support.
To succeed in this role, the Solutions Consultant should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. This role is key to keeping Atrium in a state of compliance and efficiency, while creating customer service-oriented and scalable solutions to set the Business up for future growth. A successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for client service, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn with a high degree of ambition and drive.
Responsibilities of the Solutions Consultant:
- Drive the identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through the evaluation of real-time data.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams, and study system capabilities.
- Create and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and testing documentation.
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
- Gather and document all project results and report them to the appropriate parties, including successes and any setbacks that were encountered or room for improvement.
- Under the direction of the Project Manager, monitor adherence to project management process standards.
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough testing at every stage of process revision and/or system development.
- Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, finance, technology, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation collaboratively, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
- Manage and optimize platforms used by Atrium’s Early Talent and Direct Sourcing programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Provide ongoing support, configuration, and enhancement of Atrium’s client-facing platforms to improve user experience, data integrity, and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to ensure tools are effectively leveraged for sourcing, engagement, and pipeline management.
- For applicable tech partners, provide product support to Atrium and client users, act as the main POC providing Atrium and client user feedback to the partner, and escalate issues as needed.
- Other Projects or tasks as directed by your manager.
Required Experience/Skills for the Solutions Consultant:
- Proven analytical abilities, superb organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Practical experience in generating process documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge of the best practices for project management, product configuration, documentation, and testing.
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences, in both oral and written contexts.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, highly analytical, data-driven, and exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with impeccable attention to detail.
- Passion for technology and innovation, specifically in the HR Technology and/or staffing space.
- Possesses a natural curiosity about technology platforms, specifically in the talent technology space.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.
- Proven capabilities in user-testing management.
- Proven development of innovative and impactful solutions.
- Proficient writing capabilities.
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience in the Staffing/Contingent Workforce industry.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Solutions Consultant:
- Experience performing configuration activities for ATS/CRM technology (such as iCims) is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work alongside our team in our Holmdel, NJ office, 3 days a week.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience is required.
