Salary/Hourly Rate:

$65k – $80k Annually + Bonus

Position Overview:

If you are an experienced Electrician or Plumber looking to move off the job site but still stay connected to the trade, this role is a perfect fit. As the Electrical & Plumbing Trade Support Coordinator, you will use your hands-on knowledge to guide contractors and customers toward the right solutions. You will be the go-to person behind the counter, providing expert advice, accurate quotes, and friendly, dependable support that keeps projects running smoothly. This position blends your field experience with customer interaction, ideal for someone ready to bring their trade expertise indoors and help others in the industry succeed.

Responsibilities of the Electrical & Plumbing Trade Support Coordinator:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for electrical and plumbing professionals at the sales counter.
  • Use your trade experience to provide accurate product guidance, troubleshooting support, and job quotes.
  • Process orders and ensure materials are ready on time and to specification.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with contractors, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking, and maintaining an organized, well-stocked sales area.
  • Work closely with internal team members to resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Experience/Skills for the Electrical & Plumbing Trade Support Coordinator:

  • 2+ years of experience as an electrician, plumber, or in counter sales within the trades.
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, components, and plumbing materials.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills when assisting trade professionals.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and a true team player.
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale systems or learning new software tools.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
