They are looking for a Banking Customer Service professional responsible for providing exceptional service by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions, account management, and financial product inquiries.

$20/hr

Position Overview:

The Banking Customer Service professional supports branch operations and contributes to a positive customer experience through professionalism, accuracy, and a solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities of the Banking Customer Service:

  • Process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Open and maintain customer accounts, including handling account updates, stop payments, wire transfers, and specialized products like IRAs and certificates.
  • Provide timely and professional support through phone, email, and digital messaging platforms.
  • Recommend relevant financial products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Support daily branch operations as a Banking Customer Service including opening/closing procedures, assisting new team members, and coordinating with lending staff on consumer loan applications.

Required Experience/Skills for Banking Customer Service:

  • 2 – 5 years of previous banking, customer/teller service experience required.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
