Salary/Hourly Rate:

Position Overview:

The Office Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the day-to-day activities within our financial services firm. As the first point of contact for clients, partners, and vendors, the Office Coordinator represents the firm with professionalism and discretion, while maintaining a well-organized, efficient, and client-focused office environment. Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for daily office logistics and facilities management.
  • Manage shared calendars, conference room scheduling, and internal communications.
  • Order and track office supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure operational flow.
  • Greet guests at the front desk with professionalism.
  • Assist in preparing internal reports, documents, and digital filing systems.
  • Sort incoming mail, manage outgoing deliveries, and support daily correspondence.

Required Experience/Skills for the Office Coordinator:

  • 2+ years of experience in an Office Coordinator, administrative, or operational support role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Office Coordinator:

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
