They are currently expanding their team and looking to bring on a Member Services Representative.
Salary/Hourly Rate:

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Member Services Representative who will deliver outstanding service by assisting clients with routine banking transactions, account management, and inquiries about financial products. This position is essential to branch operations and ensures an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities of the Member Services Representative:
- The Member Services Representative will accurately and efficiently process routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
- Open and maintain member accounts, handling updates, stop payments, wire transfers, and specialized products such as IRAs and certificates.
- Provide prompt, professional assistance through phone, email, and digital messaging channels.
- Recommend appropriate financial products and services tailored to member needs and preferences.
- The Member Services Representative will support daily branch operations by performing opening and closing procedures, assisting new team members, and collaborating with lending staff on consumer loan applications.
Required Experience/Skills for the Member Services Representative:
- Minimum of 1 year of prior banking or credit union experience required.
- The Member Services Representative needs to have excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
