Client Overview:
Our client is a fast-growing company focused on delivering innovative marketing solutions and exceptional client support. They are looking to add a Marketing and Client Services Assistant to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$21/hr
Position Overview:
The Marketing and Client Services Assistant provides essential support to the sales and marketing teams by managing client communications, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring accurate data reporting. The ideal candidate will work 30 hours a week from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities of the Marketing and Client Services Assistant:
- Provide client service support by responding to inquiries, tracking orders, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- The Marketing and Client Services Assistant will maintain and analyze data using Excel to generate reports for sales and marketing performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and client projects.
- The Marketing and Client Services Assistant will support event planning and marketing outreach activities to engage clients and promote services.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, social media updates, and promotional materials to support brand visibility.
Required Experience/Skills for the Marketing and Client Services Assistant:
- The Marketing and Client Services Assistant needs to have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage data accurately.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Marketing and Client Services Assistant:
- Familiarity with VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables is a plus!
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
