Client Overview:

Our client is a well-established fashion and lifestyle luxury organization with a strong wholesale distribution network. The company operates in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and partners with leading retail accounts across multiple channels. They are currently looking for a Temp Associate Wholesale Planner.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$28/hr – $30/hr

Position Overview:

The Temp Associate Wholesale Planner will support the Wholesale Planning team by delivering key insights, reporting, and analysis to help drive sales performance and inventory efficiency. This role focuses on monitoring business trends, supporting financial planning, and identifying opportunities to improve sell-through while minimizing excess inventory. 

Responsibilities of the Temp Associate Wholesale Planner:

  • Manage and analyze wholesale sales data from internal systems and external retail partners.
  • Produce recurring performance reports, including replenishment, sell-through, sell-out, stock levels, weeks of supply, ecommerce, style, and regional analysis.
  • Prepare weekly business recaps and presentation materials for internal leadership.
  • Support seasonal planning by store and category in alignment with sales targets and historical trends.
  • Track and manage returns, discounts, and expense accruals to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Export, organize, and distribute invoicing and reporting data to internal teams for seamless collaboration.

Required Experience/Skills for the Temp Associate Wholesale Planner:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze large and complex data sets.
  • Strong understanding of retail math, forecasting, and performance analytics.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient across Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Temp Associate Wholesale Planner:

  • Experience working with enterprise planning or reporting systems such as SAP.
  • Prior experience in wholesale planning, merchandising, or retail analytics.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
