Client Overview:
Our client is a premier sports league with offices across the United States. They are now looking for an Office Coordinator.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr – $35/hr
Position Overview:
The Office Coordinator will support daily office operations for a one-month contract (February–March). This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle visitors, phones, vendors, meetings, office supplies, and administrative support for project teams and an office move.
Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator:
- Greet visitors and manage incoming phone calls with excellent customer service.
- Plan and organize office events and client meetings as needed.
- File and compile paperwork and code invoices.
- Maintain schedules and calendars for the office and senior management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for management when required.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages.
Required Experience/Skills for the Office Coordinator:
- 1–2 years of experience in an office coordinator or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Friendly, organized, and reliable with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced startup environment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
