Our client, a fast-paced, high-performing organization, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background supporting teams in legal and finance environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, can manage competing priorities, and brings a polished, professional approach to executive support in a demanding corporate setting.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$40/hr – $45/hr

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, assisting with scheduling, documentation, communication, and coordination across legal and financial stakeholders. The role requires discretion, exceptional organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment. This position is fully onsite.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leaders.
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and shifting priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and itineraries.
  • Prepare, review, and organize legal and financial documents.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, legal counsel, finance teams, and external partners.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Track deadlines, manage follow-ups, and support special projects.

Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:

  • 3 – 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in legal and/or finance environments
  • Strong understanding of legal documentation and financial workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
  • Professional, polished demeanor and strong judgment.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:

  • Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior partners.
  • Familiarity with compliance, contracts, or regulatory documentation.
  • Experience working in law firms, financial services, or investment environments.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
