Client Overview:


Our client is a large, established international aid organization committed to crisis response globally. They focus on delivering both essential rapid relief and crucial long-term assistance to help vulnerable populations worldwide survive and achieve stability. They are now looking for a Temporary Legal Admin.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$21/hr

Position Overview:

The Temporary Legal Admin must be friendly, organized, and professional in providing administrative support to the legal team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a 12-week contract role with a Monday–Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities of the Temporary Legal Admin:

  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation and formatting of legal documents such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical legal files, ensuring documents are filed accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive legal information.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Required Experience/Skills for the Temporary Legal Admin:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative or legal support experience strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (bilingual required).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
