Client Overview:
Our client is a national organization dedicated to empowering girls through leadership development and community engagement programs. They are looking to add a Content Entry/Quality Assurance Specialist to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$19/hr – $22/hr
Position Overview:
Our client currently has two temporary opportunities for the Content Entry/Quality Assurance Specialist role focused on entering new badge and award content into a digital Program Library using a content management system, ensuring accuracy and quality of presentation, and supporting the launch readiness of the Program Library.
Responsibilities of the Content Entry/Quality Assurance Specialist:
- Enter new badge and award content into the Program Library housed in a content management system, following established content models and standards.
- Upload and place the provided copies, handouts, stock photography, and approved graphics to ensure accurate, high-quality presentations.
- Validate that all content renders correctly in the end-user experience and aligns with designed workflows and page layouts.
- Identify and flag issues, inconsistencies, or missing assets and collaborate with the project team for clarification or resolution.
- Maintain accurate tracking of completed entries, revisions, and approvals throughout the project timeline.
- Coordinate workload across both temporary roles to ensure efficient division of content and consistent quality.
- Support the broader Program Library launch effort by assisting with additional project-related tasks as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Content Entry/Quality Assurance Specialist:
- Comfortable navigating digital tools and content management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency across all content entries.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions or seek support to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with a partner role.
- Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Flexible and willing to take on additional duties that support successful project delivery.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Content Entry/Quality Assurance Specialist:
- Experience with content management systems or digital content entry roles.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus, but not required.
