Finance and Accounting Associate

Our client, an expanding professional services firm, is seeking a Finance and Accounting Associate to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$90k – $110k plus Bonus

Position Overview:

The Finance and Accounting Associate will be responsible for a combination of financial planning and analysis and accounting.

Responsibilities of the Finance and Accounting Associate:

• Budget vs. actual preparation.
• Profit and loss analysis.
• Assist accounting with general ledger maintenance.
• Month-end, quarter-end, year-end close.
• Financial reporting.
• Variance analysis.
• Present financials to C-suite.
• Data analysis.

Required Experience/Skills for the Finance and Accounting Associate:

• 3 – 5 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel experience.
• Strong reporting skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Finance and Accounting Associate:

• Data analytics experience.
• PowerBI experience.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field is required.
