Our client, an established Real Estate Company in the Madison, NJ area, is expanding and hiring a Real Estate Property Accountant to join their team! 

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$115k – $125k 

Position Overview:

The Real Estate Property Accountant will manage the reporting and budgeting for one of the firm’s larger portfolios of properties. 

Responsibilities of the Real Estate Property Accountant:

  • The Real Estate Property Accountant will be the lead on a large portfolio of buildings
  • Process CAM reconciliations. 
  • Communicate with the Leasing Brokers and Real Estate Coordinators.
  • Manage the budgeting and analysis of tenant billing.
  • Assist in the oversight of daily operations and current assets.

Required Experience/Skills for the Real Estate Property Accountant:

  • The Real Estate Property Accountant will have 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate.
  • Highly analytical and a team player.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Real Estate Property Accountant:

  • A real estate license is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
