They are currently looking to add a part-time Administrative Accounting Clerk to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr – $22/hr 

Position Overview:

The part-time Administrative Accounting Clerk supports daily office operations while handling basic accounting tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both clerical and light financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Accounting Clerk:

  • Process invoices and assist with accounts payable/receivable.
  • Enter data into accounting software and maintain accurate records.
  • Reconcile basic transactions and assist with expense tracking.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide general office support.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and paper).
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Assist with scheduling, meetings, and general administrative tasks.

Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Accounting Clerk:

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
