Our client specializes in regenerative biomaterials for medical use. They are looking to add an Inside Account Manager to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$60k – $65k
Position Overview:
The Inside Account Manager is responsible for managing customer interactions, including placing orders, handling returns, and addressing complaints, while promoting and selling products via phone. The position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in various software applications, with a preference for candidates with customer service and healthcare experience.
Responsibilities of the Inside Account Manager:
- Answer customer calls to place orders, initiate returns, and address complaints according to company procedures.
- Promote, sell, and provide information about products to prospective customers via the telephone.
- Facilitate and lead department training for outbound sales initiatives.
- On-board and train new team members.
- Assist in documenting work instructions.
- Document customer account records in the company’s ERP and CRM systems.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Promote customer service excellence.
- Stay up-to-date on all products and marketing information.
- Align with Marketing for promotions, tradeshows, and events as needed.
- Promote educational content.
- Contact prospects via phone to inform them of current product offerings.
Required Experience/Skills for the Inside Account Manager:
- Advanced multitasking skills are required.
- Ability to review internal documentation or order requests to ensure desired results and accuracy.
- Possess the ability to understand and perform tasks related to account ledgers.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Inside Account Manager:
- At least 3 to 5 years of customer service or customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Healthcare and/or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication and customer relations skills.
- ERP System experience is a plus.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related discipline is preferred.
