Our client, a luxury retail brand known for its commitment to craftsmanship and timeless style, is seeking a Client Advisor to join their team. The company offers a refined shopping experience to a global clientele and a culture that values integrity, creativity, and personal growth.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$30/hr – $35/hr + Commission
Position Overview:
The Client Advisor will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service to clients. Additionally, this person will foster long-term relationships and drive sales through personalized client engagement.
Responsibilities of the Client Advisor:
- Greet and assist clients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Uphold company standards for service and presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
Required Experience/Skills of the Client Advisor:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and technology.
Preferred Experience/Skills of the Client Advisor:
- Experience in luxury retail or fashion.
- Multilingual abilities.
- Familiarity with clienteling tools and CRM systems.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional education in fashion, retail, or business is a plus.
