Client Overview:

Our client is a global producer of plant-based starches, proteins, and specialty ingredients used across the food, industrial, and animal nutrition sectors. They are known for their commitment to sustainability, innovation, and long-standing partnerships with customers throughout the Americas. They are currently looking to add a Bilingual Account Manager to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr

Position Overview:

The Bilingual Account Manager handles customer inquiries, order processing, and internal coordination to ensure timely, accurate service in both English and Spanish within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities for the Bilingual Account Manager:

  • The Bilingual Account Manager provides (Spanish/English) customer service to B2B clients across multiple regions.
  • Process customer orders, updates, and documentation using internal systems (SAP training provided).
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and Teams, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams to resolve issues and support customer needs.
  • Maintain customer account information, order records, and internal documentation.
  • Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations within the commercial team.
  • The Bilingual Account Manager will collaborate with an 8-person team split between North and South American markets.

Required Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Account Manager:

  • Bilingual in Spanish (read and write).
  • Previous B2B customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Account Manager:

  • Experience supporting Commercial, Supply Chain, or Logistics teams.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP/order-management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
