Our client is a large standing organization in the high-end liquor & spirits industry, looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This company is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist who can grow within the organization and become a key member of the team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$24/hr – $26/hr
Position Overview:
Accounts Receivable Specialist applicants must have strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Our client is looking for previous experience and preferably a background in manufacturing, but they are willing to train the right candidate in the industry. The ideal candidate who is highly analytical and well-versed in Excel is a huge plus. A minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in accounts receivable is a huge plus.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Researching and resolving accounts receivable with customers and vendors.
- Investigative Accounts Receivable, looking for errors and auditing.
- Updating and reconciling invoices.
- Assisting with accounts receivable.
Required Experience/Skills for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Excel proficiency and a background in accounting or finance.
- Billing, A/R, and Collections experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Accounts receivable experience.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Advanced Excel and accounts receivable experience.
Education Requirements
- Minimum Associate’s degree and relevant experience are required.
