Our client is a long-standing and rapidly growing organization in the intralogistics space. They are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst. Someone with a background in accounts payable and Analysis will be a huge plus.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$35/hr – $40/hr
Position Overview:
The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst will work closely with senior-level management within the Accounts Payable department. Need someone analytical with AP Processing experience.
Responsibilities of the Senior Accounts Payable Analyst:
- Matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices.
- Working knowledge of purchase orders.
- Researching and resolving accounts payable with customers and vendors.
- Updating and reconciling the sub-ledger to the general ledger.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Accounts Payable Analyst:
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of accounts payable experience.
- Proficiency in Excel – pivot tables & vlookups.
- High attention to detail and analytical skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Accounts Payable Analyst:
- Advanced Excel experience.
- Prior exposure to SAP would be a big plus.
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree is required.
- Bachelor’s degree would be a plus.
