This role is ideal for someone with prior experience supporting executives or partners within a law firm or legal setting who thrives in a structured, detail-driven environment.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$40/hr
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, helping manage day-to-day operations, complex scheduling, and legal documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The position is fully onsite.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to legal leadership or partners
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and court-related scheduling
- Prepare and organize legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal teams
- Track deadlines, filings, and follow-ups related to legal matters
- Maintain confidential documents and sensitive information
- Assist with administrative projects and office operations as needed
Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- 3–5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a legal environment
- Strong understanding of legal documentation and administrative processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Professional, polished demeanor with strong attention to detail
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- Experience supporting partners, attorneys, or senior legal leadership
- Familiarity with legal filing procedures and compliance documentation
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
