Our client, an organization that specializes in software development, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis to cover a leave of absence. They have a great office environment and team to work with.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$30/hr
Position Overview:
The Contract Recruiter will work with the Talent Acquisition team on a range of open requisitions, specifically technical, project management, sales, and customer support roles. The schedule is Monday through Friday, and candidates must be able to work fully onsite in Monmouth County.
Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter:
- Work with hiring managers to identify openings, post roles, source applicants, and communicate with potential candidates throughout the interview process.
- Handle full-cycle recruiting functions, including extending offers, initiating background checks, and tracking onboarding.
- Update hiring managers on pipeline activity and provide feedback to help refine recruiting strategies.
- Track the interview process from start to finish.
Required Experience/Skills for the Contract Recruiter:
- 3-5 years of talent acquisition or corporate recruiting experience, specifically within technical or software roles.
- Experience maintaining an ATS, updating pipelines, and communicating with hiring managers.
- Experience scheduling interviews, managing multi-round interview processes (4+ rounds), and tracking onboarding.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Contract Recruiter:
- Experience working for a SaaS company.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
