Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr – $25/hr DOE

Position Overview:

The Customer Experience Associate interacts with customers to provide information, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate:

  • Cheerfully respond to customer questions by phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Enter orders, process account changes, and resolve complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Refer unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Process payments, refunds, and billing adjustments.
  • Prepare documentation for contracts and transactions.
  • Support sales of additional products or services.

Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Experience Associate:

  • Active listening and clear communication.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and CRM software – Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Ability to handle strict deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Experience dealing with challenging customer situations.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Experience Associate:

  • Previous customer service experience (6 months to 1 year).
  • Familiarity with billing, account management, or sales support.
  • Experience in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or a GED is required.
