Our client, a luxury brand in the wellness space, is expanding and seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$68k – $74k
Position Overview:
The Accounts Payable Specialist will assist in the daily operations of the AP Department, joining a team of 3 AP Coordinators while reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage the full cycle of AP.
- Process expenses and weekly payments.
- Weekly invoicing and reconciliations.
- Assist in the monthly close process.
- Communicate with key vendors on payments and aging.
- High-volume accounts payable environment.
Required Experience/Skills for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will have 3+ years of AP experience.
- Prior experience with full-cycle AP.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Concur.
- Ability to process high volume and meet deadlines.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
