Our client, a well-established CPA Firm in the Morristown Area, is expanding operations and looking to hire an External Audit Manager.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$130k – $145k
Position Overview:
The External Audit Manager will manage the audit process for this mid-size firm.
Responsibilities of the External Audit Manager:
- The External Audit Manager will oversee all audit operations.
- Review financial statement audits.
- Lead client engagements and audit teams.
- Risk assessment, planning, and audit reporting for various teams.
- Assist in firm-wide strategies.
Required Experience/Skills for the External Audit Manager:
- The External Audit Manager will have 5+ years of experience.
- CPA is highly preferred.
- Prior Big 4 or mid-size audit experience.
- Experience leading teams and staff projects.
- Highly technical.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or an MBA in Accounting/Finance is required.
