Position Overview:

The Director of Workforce Analytics will lead Atrium’s effort to centralize analytics and reporting under one team, running two parallel tracks from day one: delivering structured reporting for Atrium clients while simultaneously building a reliable internal analytics foundation—ensuring data is leveraged as a strategic asset to drive business intelligence, operational excellence, and client value. This leader will work closely with client-facing teams, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations to deliver repeatable client reporting, deploy self-service analytics, predictive modeling, and Data-as-a-Service solutions, and establish governance and accountability across both client and internal reporting—making analytics scalable, trusted, and repeatable across the organization. Over time, client coverage will expand, internal self-service tools will go live, and the two tracks will converge into a single, unified analytics capability serving the full organization.

  • Establish a Data-as-a-Service business model and identify opportunities to monetize insights and reporting.
  • Support Sales and pre-RFP efforts by creating compelling analytics and narratives that differentiate Atrium and improve win rates.
  • Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready stories, owning the narrative from analysis through delivery.
  • Develop and execute a data strategy aligned with client delivery models and growth goals.
  • Establish and enforce governance standards to ensure accuracy, privacy, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Define and maintain consistent metrics and definitions so reporting is trusted and scalable.

  • Oversee and contribute to data engineering standards and promote repeatable data-product patterns, including reliability, access controls, and quality checks.
  • Evaluate and deploy advanced data platforms and tools supporting automation, AI, and visualization, such as Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data quality, accessibility, and system integration.
  • Run the internal analytics build as a concurrent track by conducting a full inventory of existing reports, clarifying metric definitions, simplifying recurring reports, and reducing manual work.
  • Partner with Shared Services, Operations, Finance, HR, and Compliance to provide data-driven insights and implement self-service analytics.
  • Deliver process intelligence through dashboards tracking cycle time, backlog, touchpoints, rework, and SLA performance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing analytics team, providing coaching and development to enhance technical, analytical, and consultative capabilities.

  • Model a builder mindset by working alongside the team while shaping a scalable analytics structure that grows with Atrium’s needs.
