Our client is a nonprofit organization dedicated to defending and preserving individual rights and liberties. They work through litigation, advocacy, and public education to protect freedoms such as speech, privacy, voting rights, and due process. They are nonpartisan and focus on ensuring that constitutional protections apply equally to all people in the United States. They are seeking a Program Manager of Facilities Operations to join their team for a 5-month contract.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$50/hr – $60/hr DOE
Position Overview:
The Program Manager of Facilities Operations will oversee facility operations workflows and ensure processes, documentation, and procedures are updated and implemented as needed. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and assist in building project plans. This person will have assigned projects from the Director of Facilities. To be successful in this role, the Program Manager of Facilities must provide support for smooth operational execution.
Responsibilities of the Program Manager of Facilities Operations:
- Oversee Facility Operations workflows and processes to ensure timely completion, updating procedures and documentation as directed, and implementing approved changes.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support the creation of project plans.
- Manage assigned projects from the Director of Facilities.
- Verify invoices with all vendors.
Required Experience/Skills for the Program Manager of Facilities Operations:
- Experience with Asana.
- Proven track record in developing SOPS and other project plans.
- Minimum of 5 years of facilities background.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Program Manager of Facilities Operations:
- Prior experience working in a non-profit is ideal, but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years of facilities background.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
