This organization blends creativity with operational excellence to bring high-quality products to market and is seeking a Project Manager to support new product development initiatives.

Position Overview:

The Project Manager will play a key role in supporting new product development (NPD) launches within the beauty and skincare space. This role focuses on operational project management, including driving timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution from concept through launch.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Develop and manage detailed project timelines for new product launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, digital, legal, and operations.
• Track project progress and ensure key milestones and deliverables are met.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain clear and organized project documentation.
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Utilize project management tools to monitor workflow and deadlines.

Required Experience/Skills for the Project Manager:

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with new product development (NPD) or product launches.
• Background in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics required.
• Strong organizational and operational project management skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or Asana preferred.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Project Manager:

• Experience managing new product development (NPD) within beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
• Familiarity with stage-gate or product launch processes from concept through commercialization.
• Strong focus on operational project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including creative, digital, legal, and supply chain.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
