Client Overview:

Our client, a globally recognized, technology- and design-focused organization, is seeking an experienced Experience Center Supervisor to lead operations in their New York showroom and customer experience space. This role is ideal for a polished professional with a background in design, sales, customer experience, or luxury client service who thrives in a consultative, client-facing environment.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$40/hr – $50/hr
$90k – $115k upon permanent conversion

Position Overview:

The Experience Center Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations of a high-profile New York experience center while delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting sales initiatives, and coordinating events and demonstrations. This role requires strong presentation skills, professionalism, and the ability to work closely with clients, leadership, and sales teams in a highly visible showroom environment.
Schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexibility required for events as needed).

Responsibilities of the Experience Center Supervisor:

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the New York Experience Center.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and client-facing presentations in a consultative sales environment.
  • Build relationships with customers, sales teams, dealers, and partners.
  • Coordinate and execute events, trainings, and showroom activations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings and solutions.
  • Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Track customer interactions, event activity, and reporting metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to drive showroom utilization and business growth.
  • Ensure the showroom environment reflects a polished, high-end brand experience.
  • Assist with operational projects, scheduling, and ongoing process improvements.

Required Experience/Skills for the Experience Center Supervisor:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, customer experience, showroom management, hospitality, luxury retail, or design-focused environments.
  • Strong presentation and client-facing communication skills.
  • Experience working in a consultative or relationship-driven environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Highly professional and polished demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working fully onsite in Midtown Manhattan.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Experience Center Supervisor:

  • Background in interior design, architecture, lighting, luxury products, or related industries.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Experience coordinating events, training, or showroom operations.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally in a design-related field.
