Position Overview:
The Product Manager will drive product strategy and lifecycle management for animal health solutions. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to launch new products, optimize existing offerings, and ensure compliance with regulatory and market requirements.
Responsibilities of the Product Manager:
- Develop and execute product strategies for animal health solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, and marketing teams.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present product updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Required Experience/Skills for the Product Manager:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Analytical mindset for market and product data.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Knowledge of animal health or a related industry is required.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Product Manager:
- Experience in the animal health or life sciences industry.
- Exposure to product management in a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with product launch and commercialization processes.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
