Our client is a local CPA Firm in the Paramus, NJ area that has expanded its client base and is looking to hire a Tax Associate!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$100k – $125k
Position Overview:
The Tax Associate will join an existing team with a focus on tax preparation of individual, partnership, and business returns.
Responsibilities of the Tax Associate:
- The Tax Associate will process tax returns for individual and business returns.
- Prepare tax projections for small business clients.
- Advise high net worth clients on tax guidelines.
- Manage and analyze tax filings on annual updates and changes.
Required Experience/Skills for the Tax Associate:
- The Tax Associate will have 5+ years of tax return experience.
- Prior experience working for a similar CPA Firm.
- Strong understanding of individual, partnership, and business returns.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Tax Associate:
- CPA or EA is a plus.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
