Client Overview: 

Our client, a well-known luxury clothing brand, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a 6-month contract basis. Candidates must be able to work 40+ hours per week, including a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), and be flexible to work between 9 am and 9 pm. 

Salary/Hourly Rate: 

$18/hr 

Position Overview: 

The Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, escalate issues, and ensure customer loyalty and retention. Candidates must be flexible to work between 9 am and 9 pm, and a weekend day each week. 

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representatives:

  • The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries, de-escalate upset customers, troubleshoot orders, and suggest remedies. 
  • Partner with internal teams to provide customer satisfaction. 
  • Update the CRM systems for all customer accounts and order information. 
  • Follow company SOPs and adhere to existing policies. 

Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representatives:

  • Candidates must have at least 1+ years of customer service experience, specifically via phone and email. 
  • Experience working with a CRM. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representatives:

  • Experience in a retail or wholesale company preferred. 

Education Requirements: 

  • High school diploma is required
