Currently, they are looking to add an Associate Project Manager – Manufacturing to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$80k – $90k
Position Overview:
The Associate Project Manager – Manufacturing will coordinate cross-functional projects supporting the production and delivery of regulated healthcare products, serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners. They will manage project plans, timelines, and key milestones to ensure programs progress efficiently from initial onboarding through ongoing manufacturing activities. The Associate Project Manager – Manufacturing will collaborate with Technical, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to resolve issues, communicate updates, and deliver projects that meet customer expectations and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities of the Associate Project Manager – Manufacturing:
- The Associate Project Manager – Manufacturing will manage both small and medium projects and support large/complex projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing clear communication on project progress, priorities, risks, and resolution plans
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Packaging, Technical, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business teams to drive project execution, address challenges, and support successful program outcomes.
- The Associate Project Manager – Manufacturing will monitor project schedules, documentation, budgets, and change activities while assisting with forecasting, reporting, and overall project administration.
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures while building knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational best practices.
Required Experience/Skills for the Associate Project Manager – Manufacturing:
- 2 years as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- The ideal candidate should understand how a pharmaceutical product moves from raw material ordering through testing, production, packaging, and shipment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Associate Project Manager – Manufacturing:
- CAMP certification is preferred.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
