Client Overview: 

Our client is a logistics firm supporting e-commerce and consumer goods companies across the U.S. and globally. They are currently looking to add an Administrative Coordinator to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate: 

$25/hr

Position Overview: 

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support daily administrative operations, manage client communications, coordinate across internal teams, and ensure a seamless experience for clients in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator: 

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, record management, and administrative support.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal communications for company leadership.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and client-facing documents with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates.
  • Partner with warehouse and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and client support.
  • Monitor orders and client activity across internal platforms, proactively communicate status, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive business, financial, and client information.

Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Coordinator:

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s) and strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Comfortable working across office and warehouse/operations environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience communicating professionally with clients and vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and confident, working independently while delivering high-quality results.
  • Trustworthy and professional in handling confidential business and financial information.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Coordinator:

  • It is a plus if the candidate has experience in clothing, apparel, or fashion retail (buying, wholesale, or brand accounts).

Education Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, customer service, or client-facing operations role within a logistics, supply chain, ecommerce, warehousing, or professional services environment is required.
