Client Overview: 

Our client is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving lives through compassionate care, community support, and a commitment to serving those in need. They are currently looking to add a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to their team.

$25/hr

Position Overview:

The Part-Time Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruitment and hiring process by managing pre-employment documentation, coordinating compliance requirements, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for healthcare employees.

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Talent Acquisition Coordinator: 

  • Manage and process all pre-employment and onboarding documentation for healthcare employees, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and follow up on CN-9 forms, verify employment history, and ensure there are no issues or flags related to the care and safety of vulnerable individuals.
  • Coordinate employee physical examinations and occupational health requirements through CityMD and other designated providers.
  • Monitor and execute onboarding transactions and compliance processes to ensure employees are cleared to begin work on schedule.
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team, including posting and managing job advertisements on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records, ensuring all onboarding milestones and documentation are completed promptly.
  • Communicate with candidates, Hiring Managers, and external partners to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned to support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce operations.

Required Experience/Skills for the Part-Time Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in Human Resources, employee onboarding, recruitment support, or a related administrative role.
  • Experience with CN-9 (formerly HFEL-9).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple processes, track outstanding requirements, and ensure accuracy throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage schedules effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with candidates, employees, hiring managers, and external partners via phone and email.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with recruiting, HR, and onboarding systems.
  • Healthcare, home care, or medical staffing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education Requirements: 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
